Asha P H is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor on a journey to help individuals find balance, strength, and serenity through the practice of yoga. With a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, she is committed to guiding her students towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.
Her journey began with Mala Bhat from Anandita Power yoga and later continued with another Guru Mr. Nagendran from Nagendran Yoga International for the past 7 years. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse skill set and an in-depth understanding of various yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, advanced Hata yoga, Pranayama, Mudras, and ashtanga vinyasa yoga. From the dynamic flow of Vinyasa to the deep relaxation techniques. She has been teaching Yoga since 2019. She is dedicated to offering a well-rounded and enriching experience for her students.
She is a certified yoga instructor in both RYT 200 and advanced Hata yoga RYT 300 from Nagendran Yoga International with a strong foundation in anatomy, alignment, and breath work. She is inspired by the rich history and philosophy of yoga, and she infuses these teachings into her classes to create a meaningful and transformative experience for her students.

Gayathi N is passionate about advanced yoga asanas for about 6 years from Tamilnadu. She is an MSc., BEd in Physics and has been a Physics teacher in school since 2013. She started practicing yoga as a part of her health care treatment in 2018 in Hyderabad. Then she completed RYT 200, followed by RYT 300 hours in Hyderabad. Even though she had done the course, still she wanted to review the entire course and joined with Mr. Nagendran at Nagendran Yoga International for another round of reviewing the course.
She has also completed an Aerial yoga teacher training course with Mr. Nagendran. She has also completed prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training courses PYTC 30 and RPYT 80 hours and she is specialized in advanced yoga, therapy yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga. She has been teaching yoga for the past four years and offers different types of classes like Hatha Yoga for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga, both online and offline.
Gayathri N believes in creating a safe and supportive space for students of all levels to explore their practice. Her teaching style combines traditional Hatha and Vinyasa principles with a modern approach, emphasizing the importance of breath awareness, alignment, and mindful movement. Motivated by his own journey of self-discovery and holistic healing, Madhan Kumar made the bold decision to transition from the fast-paced corporate world to the realm of yoga and wellness. He did his Yoga Instructor Course from S-Vyasa Yoga University, Bangalore, and he is also a RYT 200 & RYT 300 certified yoga teacher from Mr. Nagendran at Nagendran Yoga International in Bangalore.
