Nagendran P is a Certified Aerial Yoga Teacher from Rishikesh. And also he is certified teacher of Antigravity Fitness, and Suspension fitness from AntiGravity Fitness, USA.
Nagendran was first introduced to Yoga when he was about ten years old, as a part of a evening cultural class for school students, in a coastal village in Tamil Nadu. This spark slowly started to grow into a steady fire, as a penchant to learn yoga, while he was also learning and teaching a local Martial Arts form using long sticks called, Silambam.
He got his first Diploma in Yoga, from Annamalai University. He started his career as a Yoga Teacher in a Matriculation school. He soon moved to Bangalore to get his Teacher Training Certificate. He studied at the SVYASA YOGA UNIVERSITY in Jigani, Bangalore. He worked as a Yoga Instructor in several Yoga Institutions, while he worked towards to RYT 200 and RYT 500 Yoga Master level International Teacher Training certification from Yoga Alliance USA through Santi Yoga International, Kerala and finally got the esteemed GRAND MASTER of YOGA certification in 2016, from Yoga Alliance International, New Delhi, India.
He continues to do several courses related to Yoga, Healing and Therapy, including Ashtanga Yoga at Indea Yoga, Mysore under Yogacharya Shri Bharat Shetty. He has written a series on Yoga Asanas and their benefits for a weekly magazine.
