At Nagendran Yoga International, we are passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with our community. Our studio was founded with the mission of providing a welcoming and inclusive space where people of all ages and abilities can come together to practice yoga and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
At Nagendran Yoga International, we believe that yoga is much more than just a physical exercise. It is a holistic practice that can help you connect with your inner self and cultivate a greater sense of peace and harmony in your life. That's why we incorporate not just asanas, but also pranayama, meditation, and other mindfulness techniques into our classes.
We are committed to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or physical ability. That's why we offer a variety of classes, from gentle Hatha Yoga and restorative yoga to more challenging vinyasa yoga, so you can find a practice that works for you. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and accommodating, and our instructors offer modifications and adjustments to ensure that each student feels comfortable and supported.
In addition to our regular class offerings, we also host workshops, retreats, and special events that allow our students to deepen their practice and connect with like-minded individuals in the community.
We are proud to be a part of the vibrant yoga community in Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore, and we look forward to welcoming you to our shala soon. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we are here to support you on your journey toward greater health and wellbeing.
