Asha P H is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor on a journey to help individuals find balance, strength, and serenity through the practice of yoga. With a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, she is committed to guiding my students towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.
Her journey began with Mala Bhat from Anandita Power yoga and later continued with another Guru Mr. Nagendran from Nagendran Yoga international for the past 7 years. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse skill set and an in-depth understanding of various yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, advanced Hata yoga, Pranayama , Mudras and ashtanga vinyasa yoga. From the dynamic flow of Vinyasa to the deep relaxation techniques. She is teaching Yoga from 2019. She is dedicated to offering a well-rounded and enriching experience for her students.
She is a certified yoga instructor in both RYT 200 and advanced Hatha yoga RYT 300 from Nagendran Yoga International with a strong foundation in anatomy, alignment, and breath work. She is inspired by the rich history and philosophy of yoga, and she infuses these teachings into her classes to create a meaningful and transformative experience for her students
